The use of the site implies full acceptance of the terms and conditions described below. These terms and conditions are likely to be modified or completed at any time. The users of the site are thus requested to check them on a regular basis.
This site is normally accessible to users at all times. However, IDM TECHNOLOGIE may decide to interrupt the site for technical maintenance purposes. In such case, IDM TECHNOLOGIE will make every effort to inform users of the dates and times of the intervention beforehand.

The purpose of the website is to provide information about the company’s activities.
IDM TECHNOLOGIE strives to provide the most accurate information as possible on the site. However, IDM TECHNOLOGIE cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and shortcomings in the updating, whether they can be attributed to IDM Technologie or to third-party partners who provide IDM Technologie with this information.

All the information indicated on the website is given as an indication and is likely to change. In addition, the information on the site is not exhaustive. It is subject to changes that may have been made since it was put on line.

4. Contractual limitations on technical data.

The site uses the JavaScript technology.
The website cannot be held responsible for any material damage related to the use of the site. Moreover, the user of the site agrees to access the site using recent equipment, free from viruses and with a new generation updated browser.

5. Intellectual property and counterfeit.

IDM TECHNOLOGIE is the owner of the intellectual property rights or holds the rights of use on all the elements accessible on the site, including texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, whatever the means or the process used, is forbidden, unless prior written permission is obtained from IDM TECHNOLOGIE.
Any unauthorized exploitation of the site or of any of the elements it contains will be considered as constituting an infringement and will be prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.

6. Liability restrictions.

DM TECHNOLOGIE cannot be held responsible for direct and indirect damages caused to the user’s equipment, when accessing the website, and resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications indicated in point 4, or from the rise of a bug or an incompatibility.

IDM TECHNOLOGIE cannot be held responsible for indirect damages (such as loss of market or loss of opportunity) resulting from the use of the website.
Interactive areas (it is possible to ask questions in the Contact area) are available to users. IDM TECHNOLOGIE reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content posted in this area that would violate laws applicable in France, including the provisions relating to data protection. If needs be, IDM TECHNOLOGIE also reserves the right to implicate the user’s public liability and/or criminal liability, especially in case of messages of a racist, insulting, defamatory or pornographic nature, regardless of the medium used (text, photograph…).

7. Management of personal data.

In France, personal data are notably protected by law n° 78-87 of January 6, 1978, law n° 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and European Directive of October 24, 1995.

When using the website, the following information can be collected: the URL of the links through which the user accessed the website, the user’s access provider, the user’s Internet protocol (IP) address.
In any case IDM TECHNOLOGIE only collects personal data about the user for the need of some services provided by the site. The user provides this information with full knowledge of the facts, particularly when he/she enters it. The user of the site is then notified if providing this information is mandatory or not.
In accordance with the provisions of articles 38 and following of law 78-17 of January 6, 1978 on data processing, data files and civil liberties, any user has a right of access, correction and opposition to the personal data that relates to him/her. For this purpose, the user needs to send a written and signed request, together with a copy of the identity document signed by the holder of the document, specifying the address to which the answer must be sent.

No personal information of the user of the site is published without the user knowing it, exchanged, transferred, given or sold on any medium to third parties. Only the hypothesis of the takeover of IDM TECHNOLOGIE and its rights would allow the transmission of the above mentioned information to the potential purchaser who would be in turn held to the same obligation of data retention and modification towards the user of the site.
The databases are protected by the provisions of the law of July 1, 1998 transposing the directive 96/9 of March 11, 1996 relating to the legal protection of databases.
